Lamia and Omar’s wedding day was so gorgeous! The couple got married at Willow Heights Mansion, in Morgan Hill, California. This incredible venue is a truly breathtaking location to host a wedding. It has a mix of classic elegance, with stunning views. It sits on 26 acres of Pinot Grigio vines, so you have a gorgeous vineyard spread around you. There are stunning bedrooms, which make for perfect getting ready spaces. My favorite part is their giant “Love” sign! It makes for such fun portraits.
Lamia looked absolutely stunning. She wore a satin gown, with ruching across the bodice, and a sheer lace overlay. Her cathedral veil had lace details that matched her gown, and complimented her up-do! The couple did their first look on one of the outdoor terraces, overlooking the grounds. Lamia and Omar are like two peas in a pod! They finish each other’s sentences and have such a deep level of comfort with each other. While the couple hasn’t been together for long before getting married, they seemed like they have known each other their whole lives! I just love capturing a love so pure.
Wedding Ceremony at Willow Heights Mansion
After their first look, we headed to their ceremony. Their ceremony took place on the lawn, overlooking the vineyards and rolling hills. The couple said their vows as the sunset – it was so beautiful!
After their sunset ceremony, we walked around the beautiful grounds for portraits of the newlyweds. We started in the vineyard, where the breeze made Lamia’s veil move around. It was beautiful! I love it when brides wear long veils, since they can make for some incredible shots. And of course, we had to get a picture in front of the giant metal “Love” sign!
Guests enjoyed dinner in the ballroom, with sweeping views of the vineyard, and lots of candlelight. This venue is all-inclusive and even provides catering, wine parings and delicious dessert. After dinner, the dancing took place outside on the lawn. A huge dance floor was needed since their guests loved dancing! The couple got to dance the night away under cafe lights, and they had so much fun! It was one of the funnest groups to photograph! Congratulations, Lamia and Omar!
